Delivery Policies

At Garudas International we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our delivery policy below.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within India. Delivery timelines and availability may vary by pin code. You can check delivery options and estimated dates at checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after our cut-off time may be processed the next business day. We will notify you once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Timelines
We use reliable courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Express or same-day delivery may be available in select areas—check at checkout.
4. Delivery Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may offer free delivery on orders above a certain value; such offers will be displayed on the website or at checkout.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and link (where applicable) so you can track the shipment until delivery.
6. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If you cannot be present, you may authorize another person or request the courier to leave the package in a safe place, subject to the courier’s policy. We recommend inspecting the package at delivery for visible damage.
7. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If delivery could not be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or other reasons, the courier may attempt re-delivery or hold the shipment. 8. Pickup / Store
You may be able to collect your order from our store at LG-6, opposite Samvasharan Jain Mandir 18, Trade Centre, South Tukoganj, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001 if that option is available. Store hours: 11:30 am to 9:00 pm, Mon–Sat; Sunday closed.
